Method 1: Call the Hotline
If you need direct consultation about products or assistance in choosing the right items to meet your needs, please contact Cicook Customer Service at 1900.4408.
Our experienced consultants will assist you with:
- Selecting the appropriate products
- Checking product availability
- Advising on prices and promotions (if any)
- Placing orders, processing payments, and confirming delivery information
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive detailed delivery information via SMS or email.
Method 2: Order Online on the Website cicook.vn
With a user-friendly interface and quick navigation, cicook.vn allows you to order anytime, anywhere in just a few simple steps:
Step 1: Search for the Product
Visit cicook.vn and find the products you want using one of the following three methods:
Option 1: On the homepage, customers can quickly purchase convenient spice combo packs or browse product collections to find detailed items.
Option 2: Use the search bar to find specific spices you want to buy.
Option 3: Use the top menu to select products by category, such as Grilling Spices, Hotpot Spices, Dipping Sauces, etc.
Step 2: Place Your Order
After selecting the desired product, click "BUY NOW".
You can click the + or − buttons to adjust the quantity according to your needs.
Once you finish selecting fresh spices, click on the Shopping Cart icon in the top right corner, then click "View Cart".
On the cart page, review your selected products and quantities. If everything is correct, click "CHECKOUT".
Note: If you require a VAT invoice, scroll down to the bottom of the page, check the box "Request invoice for this order", then fill in all required information including Company Name, Tax Code, Email, and Company Address. Click "SAVE INFORMATION" afterward.
Step 3: Enter Shipping Information
Fill in all required delivery information:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Address
Currently, Cicook offers two shipping options:
- Orders of 300,000 VND or more qualify for free shipping (nationwide).
- Orders under 300,000 VND incur a shipping fee of 19,000 VND (nationwide).
Step 4: Choose Payment Method
Select a suitable payment method:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer: Customers can pay via bank transfer using the QR code displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Complete the Order
Once your order is successfully placed, an order confirmation message will be sent to your registered phone number.
